Selling attractive real estate succesfully needs 3 thing : Situation, Situation, Situation.
The bricks, timber ect. means less.
Maybe it would be more interesting to sell some of the appartments as a Timeshare Project. This is often very profitable. You get cash flow before the cost. It also generate money to the area, when the Timeashare owners buy local products ect.
Study Timeshare business.
As an experienced seller and business man you know how to sell.
